How to save and reuse a custom trade search
Last updated: October 17, 2026
When monitoring compliance in Hadrius, running recurring reviews across specific accounts, timeframes, or activity types is a core part of your daily workflow. Saving custom trade searches allows you to preserve complex filter configurations as permanent presets, eliminating the need to manually reconfigure filters every time you conduct a review.
Creating and Saving a Custom Search
- Open the filter menu: From the Trade Surveillance workspace, click the filter menu to display all available search criteria.
- Define your parameters: Configure the specific filters you want to monitor, such as recent trading activity across selected accounts or specific instrument types.
- Name your search: Select the option to save the search and assign it a descriptive, easily identifiable name (such as "Recent Cross-Account Activity").
- Save as a preset: Confirm and save your search. This locks your chosen parameters into a permanent preset linked to your account.
Loading a Saved Search
- Access your saved searches: Whenever you return to Trade Surveillance, click the Saved Searches menu at the top of the page.
- Select your preset: Choose your search from the list to instantly apply your saved filter parameters.
Your trade view will immediately update with the latest activity matching those criteria, allowing you to execute recurring surveillance reviews efficiently.
