How to archive a flagged exception
Last updated: October 17, 2026
In Hadrius, automated account surveillance helps flag potential compliance concerns for team review. When an alert is reviewed and determined to be non-actionable—such as a verified false positive—you can archive it to keep your queue organized without losing regulatory documentation. This guide walks you through how to archive a flagged exception and record your resolution rationale.
- Access Account Surveillance: Navigate to the Account Surveillance section of your Hadrius dashboard to review your queue of open exceptions.
- Open the flagged alert: Locate and select the specific exception you need to address to view its full context and activity history.
- Select Archive: Once you have reviewed the underlying activity and determined no further escalation is required, click the Archive option to begin closing out the alert.
- Document your rationale: In the prompt that appears, enter a clear explanation for closing the exception (for example, confirming that the activity was reviewed and verified as a false positive). Proper documentation ensures you meet internal and regulatory supervisory standards.
- Confirm resolution: Submit your confirmation to finalize the archiving process.
What happens next?
Once confirmed, the exception is immediately removed from your active review queue. Hadrius automatically preserves the alert details, your entered rationale, and full timestamp history in an audit-ready compliance log for future supervisory reviews.
