Deactivating or Disabling user accounts

Last updated: July 1, 2026

When an employee leaves, deactivate their account promptly to remove access. Their compliance history stays in the system.

Deactivating an account

  1. Open the employee's profile under Employees.

  2. Click Take action → Disable.

  3. Confirm the deactivation.

Access is removed immediately. Historical data — certifications, disclosures, submissions — remains accessible to admins.

Reactivating an account

Open the profile and click Take action → Reactivate. Previous data and settings are restored. You'll need to resend their invite so they can reset their credentials.
