What happens once the approver team has my materials?

Last updated: July 13, 2026

An approver reviews the document, the AI's findings, and how you addressed them. They can add their own comments and take one of three actions:

  • Approve — the material is cleared and marked Approved. It is good for use.

  • Send back for edits — the document returns to you (Pending submitter) with comments explaining what to change. Make the edits, upload a new version, and resubmit. This back-and-forth can repeat as many times as needed.

  • Reject — the material is marked Rejected and may not be used.

Everything — versions, comments, and decisions — is retained in Hadrius as your compliance record.
