What happens once the approver team has my materials?
Last updated: July 13, 2026
An approver reviews the document, the AI's findings, and how you addressed them. They can add their own comments and take one of three actions:
Approve — the material is cleared and marked Approved. It is good for use.
Send back for edits — the document returns to you (Pending submitter) with comments explaining what to change. Make the edits, upload a new version, and resubmit. This back-and-forth can repeat as many times as needed.
Reject — the material is marked Rejected and may not be used.
Everything — versions, comments, and decisions — is retained in Hadrius as your compliance record.
What do the document statuses mean?
Status | What it means |
|---|---|
Processing | Hadrius' AI is still analyzing the uploaded document. Wait for processing to finish before reviewing. |
Pending submitter | The document is with you (the submitter). Review AI comments, make edits, and upload a new version or submit it for approver review. |
Pending approver | The document has been sent to your approver team and is awaiting their review. |
Approved | Approver has approved the material. It is cleared for use. |
Rejected | Approver has rejected the material. It may not be used. |
Withdrawn | The submission was withdrawn and is no longer in the review workflow. |
