Connect Two Slack Workspaces to Hadrius
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Hadrius supports connecting one Slack workspace to each Hadrius environment. If your organization uses two separate Slack workspaces, you can connect them using one of the following options.
Option 1: Merge the Slack workspaces
This is the recommended option if you want to manage all Slack communications in one Hadrius environment.
Confirm whether the workspaces are billed separately.
Contact Slack to request that the workspaces be consolidated into the same Slack Enterprise Grid account.
Once Slack completes the consolidation, connect the organization to Hadrius through the standard Slack setup process.
Option 2: Use two Hadrius environments
If the workspaces must remain separate, Hadrius can provide a separate environment for each workspace.
Contact Hadrius Support to request an additional environment.
Decide which Slack workspace should connect to each Hadrius environment.
Have a Slack administrator authorize the Hadrius connection separately in each workspace.
Communications from each workspace will remain in its corresponding Hadrius environment.
Need both workspaces in one environment?
Connecting two independent Slack workspaces to a single Hadrius environment is not currently supported through the standard setup process. Contact Hadrius Support to discuss your requirements and available options.
Hadrius can retrieve historical Slack communications after setup, so your existing message history will still be available for import.
