How do I connect Microsoft Teams for archiving?

Each user who needs messages archived must have one of the following Microsoft 365 licenses:

  • E5

  • E3 with the "Microsoft 365 E5 Information Protection and Governance" add-on

  • Business Standard with the "Microsoft 365 E5 Information Protection and Governance" add-on

  • Business Premium with the "Microsoft 365 E5 Information Protection and Governance" add-on

  • G3 GCC licenses with the "G5 Information Protection and Governance for GCC" add-on

  • G5 GCC

A Global Administrator on your Microsoft Tenant should visit the following link and authorize the Hadrius Archiver app to begin collecting messages:

If you are redirected to Hadrius, then you should be all set! There is no need to log in to the Hadrius platform.
