Troubleshooting login issues

If you're having trouble logging into Hadrius, here are the most common solutions to try:
Basic Troubleshooting Steps
Use the correct login method: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), click "Sign in with SSO" instead of entering a password. Many organizations require SSO for all users.
Check your email format: Email addresses are case-sensitive on the Hadrius login page. Try typing your email in all lowercase letters.
Clear browser data: Try clearing your cookies and cache, or use an incognito/private browsing window.
Try a different browser: Switch to a different web browser to see if the issue persists.
Go directly to the login page: Instead of clicking links from emails, navigate directly to https://app.hadrius.com/auth/sign-in
Common Error Messages and Solutions
"Account not found" or "No account was found"
This usually means you haven't completed the account setup process yet. If you received an invitation email:
Check your spam folder for the invitation
Go to https://app.hadrius.com/auth/sign-up and create your account
Contact your administrator to resend the invitation
"Failed to retrieve SSO configuration"
If you see this error when trying to use SSO:
Verify you're using the correct email address associated with your organization
Make sure your email is in lowercase
Contact your IT team to confirm your SSO access is properly configured
Spinning wheel or loading issues
If the page gets stuck loading:
Try using an incognito/private browsing window
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Check if you're using a VPN and try disconnecting it
Issues with Email Links
If you're having trouble accessing Hadrius through links in certification or review emails:
The link may be from an already-completed certification. Go directly to app.hadrius.com instead
Navigate to "My Certifications" on the left sidebar to find pending items
International Users
If you're located outside the United States and experiencing login issues, this may be due to recent infrastructure changes. Contact support for assistance, as there may be specific workarounds available.
