Failed to fetch error on login
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This error is almost always a network or browser issue — not a problem with your account. Work through these steps in order.
Disable browser extensions
Ad blockers and privacy extensions can block requests Hadrius makes during login. Open a private/incognito window (extensions are disabled by default) and try signing in.
Check your VPN
If you're on a VPN, disconnect and try signing in again. Some VPN configurations block the API calls Hadrius makes during authentication. Once logged in, you can reconnect.
Check your network firewall
On a corporate network, your firm's firewall may be blocking Hadrius. Ask your IT team to allow traffic to:
Clear cache and hard reload
In Chrome: open DevTools (Cmd+Option+I on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows), right-click the reload button, and select Empty cache and hard reload. Then try signing in again.
Try a different network
Sign in on your phone's mobile data (no Wi-Fi, no VPN). If that works, the problem is with your office or home network — not your account.
💬 Still stuck? Contact Hadrius support with your browser name, network setup (VPN/office/home), and a screenshot of the error.
